What do you do during your week or even each day where you feel full present in your body?
Here are some simply ideas to inspire you in case you aren’t finding the opportunity to do so :
-Stretching for 2 minutes when you first wake up while taking deep breaths
-10 minutes of guided meditation in the day (I use the Insight Timer App and always find a course or meditation I love)
-Applying cream or oil on your whole body at the end of the day, especially massaging your own shoulders
-Walking or jogging in nature – without your phone!
-Using a journal to free flow write how you are feeling
